We are a class based studio, featuring Bungee Workouts and Cardio Kickboxing

In addition, we offer Circuit Training, Zumba, Aerial Bungee, gym, Pilates, Weight Training, Beginner's Basic Step, Xtreme Step, and more! Bungee fitness is a bio-predictable workout system designed to complement the way our body works. Bungee fitness is a low-impact, motion-based, resistance-training program that allows the user the needed buoyancy to perform exercises they might not be able to perform without assistance.
